Spring Recital 2023 - June 3rd

Di-Fa-Mi-Li Academy's first ever recital with students in California will be happening at
Immanuel Lutheran Church
128 S Oak Knoll Ave. Pasadena, CA 91101.
From 2023-2024 academic year, we will have Christmas recital and spring recitals to present and celebrate students' progresses with families and friends. Please come support and honor us with your presence. We will listen to beautiful music and have refreshment afterward to wrap up 2023-2024 academic year.
Dress Rehearsal
We just had a our dress rehearsal and these students all did a wonderful job at final run-through as a preparation to the final performance. We are so proud of you, students. And Thank you, parents, for your time, support, and coaching them daily at home!
About the Recital Venue...
Parking: Guests for recital may park along street and in the first floor parking lot of 136 S Oak Knoll Ave Building. Venue: Immanuel Lutheran Church was our pick for our recital venue because of great people we met who were willing to help us in any way possible. Comparably affordable pricing and dress rehearsal options and special dining area for refreshment afterwards and no extra cleaning fee were some great perks, but the most important reason was the beautiful Kawai piano with amazing sound and touch and the acoustic experience coming from just the perfect size of hall for our academy students. May/June Recital
We will have Spring recital coming up soon. Date and Time to be announced. From 2023-2024 academic year, we will have Christmas recital and spring recitals to present and celebrate students' progresses with families and friends.
Group lesson / Play date
At our academy, we believe students learn best when they are having fun. Group lesson/ play date are hosted monthly at students' home to provide students opportunities to get connected to other students in the academy and simply have a good time while performing a piece they have worked hard and enjoying treats and friendship.
Attending Live Concert
As an academy, the instructors and parents alike continue searching for great live performance to attend as a group, helping other families with car-pooling as well.
Last concert students were invited to was Caltech Jazz Band concert featuring Bob Mintzer.
